Reviews of APATHYScarlet Blackwell
has captured the essence of true love. Two people who are meant only
for each other, and who manage to be apart are a painful pair indeed,
and Kristian is at the mercy of his pain and loss. Rating: 5 out of 5 HEARTSRead more at The Romance StudioApathy by Scarlet Blackwell
is a very short novella at only twenty five pages, but it is packed
with such intense emotions. This book shows us that we can’t help who we fall in love with, and sometimes, you just have to let yourself love, and not care what others think.

more than a large helping of loss. But dessert comes in the form of
second chances.

Reviews of LIFE CLASS
I enjoy the way Scarlet Blackwell writes a book. This is the second one
I have picked up and both books have had compelling and complicated
characters that rang true. I can feel her characters and get
emotionally attached to them. They aren’t perfect. They don’t make the
right decisions all the time. In this book Ryan, a straight painter’s
model/gigolo struggles so hard to understand himself without really
trying to understand himself. I know so many men and boys that try to
shortcut their emotions like this.Rating: 4 out of 5 starsRead more at Rainbow ReviewsI
I closed LIFE CLASS with a sense of satisfaction and the slight
disappointment that it was over. That hasn’t happened to me in a long

This is one of the funniest romances I’ve read in a long time. The
characters have a sharp, naughty wit that they use like master

Scarlet Blackwell has created two amazing characters and set them in
one of the most difficult situations a human can find themselves in...Read the story and you’ll love it as much as I did.Rating: 4 1/2 out of 5 kissesRead more at MichelenJeff ReviewsI’ll begin simply by saying I loved this story. Dane and Bailey are two complex well-developed characters...The story gives us a glimpse of the social injustices that inmates face,
but it also showed how love can be formed even under less ideal
circumstances. I hope to read more from this fantastic author in the
near future. Rating: 4 1/2 out of 5 nymphsRead more at Literary Nymphs--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Reviews of SECOND HELPINGS
Scarlet Blackwell has scored another hit with Second Helpings, the second release in her new Table for Two trilogy. It’s a humorous and fast paced look into the quirky and often volatile relationship of new lovers Luc and Daniel....There are many pleasant moments in this short gem but the one that truly
stands up strong and proud is when Daniel confronts his personal
demons.

with great humour and sizzling sex.Rating: 4 1/2 out of 5 starsRead more at Three Dollar Bill Reviews

Reviews of ANTHOLOGY VOLUME 1
...Through the use of characters who each embody our own strengths and weaknesses, Anthology (Volume One)
examines the difference between what it means to be alone and to be
lonely. It explores the wants and needs, the thoughts and desires, the
black and the white, and the sometimes gray area of love, sensuality,
and desire, and does so in stories that range from fabulous to outright
stellar...
